Mark all documents as paid automatically

Use this setting when the client pays all incoming spend outside Nordflow — through direct debit, company cards, or similar automatic channels — and does not use Nordpay for payments at all.

Where: Customer profile → Accounting — below the Accounting practice setting.

  1. Open Customer profile → Accounting.
  2. Enable the Mark all documents as paid toggle.
  3. Click Save.
