Download Archive documents as a PDF zip

Where: Archive tab

1. Go to the Archive tab.
2. Tick the documents you want to download.
3. Open the action menu (three-dot button).
4. Click Export as archive.

The browser downloads a .zip file containing the original PDF for each selected document.

Note

This export gives you the source files. Use it when you need the actual invoice PDFs — for example, for an auditor or to attach documents to an external system. For structured data (amounts, accounts, dimensions), use the Excel export instead.
