Attach extra pages to a document
Where: Open a document → ⋮ (three-dot menu) at the top right of the document area, or the attach button on the PDF toolbar.
- Click ⋮ and choose the attach action, or click the dedicated attach button on the PDF toolbar. A file picker opens.
- Select the file you want to attach. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.
- Confirm the selection. The file is appended to the end of the document’s PDF. If the original invoice had 2 pages and you attach a 3-page contract, the document now shows 5 pages — the original first, then your attachment.
Common uses: supplier contracts, framework agreements, photos of paper receipts, or email threads saved as PDF.
