Add a note to a document

Where: Approval → open a document → chat-bubble icon (top-right of the document area)

  1. Click the chat-bubble icon to open the Notes panel.
  2. Click the text field at the bottom of the panel (placeholder: Write a note. Type @ to tag a user).
  3. Type your note.
  4. Click Publish note.
