Add a note to a document
Where: Approval → open a document → chat-bubble icon (top-right of the document area)
- Click the chat-bubble icon to open the Notes panel.
- Click the text field at the bottom of the panel (placeholder: Write a note. Type @ to tag a user).
- Type your note.
- Click Publish note.
