Set a user's edit permissions

Each user has three independent toggles controlling what they can edit on a document.

Where: Users → Users → open the user → Permissions tab

  1. Set Edit document details — allows changing supplier, document type, document number, document date, payment date, and total amount.
  2. Set Edit payment information — allows changing bank account, payment reference, and payment type.
  3. Set Edit accounting entries — allows modifying line items, account, VAT code, and dimensions.
  4. Click Save.
