Set the final approval group
Where: Approval flow → Groups and settings → Default groups
- In the left sidebar, click Approval flow.
- Click Groups and settings.
- Select the Default groups tab.
- Next to Final approval, select the group that should perform the last sign-off on every document.
- Click Save.
The final approval group is the last step in every approval flow, regardless of how a document was routed earlier. The group you select here appears at the end of the flow strip on every document. If you do not need a mandatory last step, leave this field blank.
