Set the final approval group

Where: Approval flow → Groups and settings → Default groups

  1. In the left sidebar, click Approval flow.
  2. Click Groups and settings.
  3. Select the Default groups tab.
  4. Next to Final approval, select the group that should perform the last sign-off on every document.
  5. Click Save.

The final approval group is the last step in every approval flow, regardless of how a document was routed earlier. The group you select here appears at the end of the flow strip on every document. If you do not need a mandatory last step, leave this field blank.
