Create an approval group

Where: Approval flow → Groups and settings → Approval group list tab

1. Click + Create group.
2. Enter a Name and save.
3. Open the new group. In the right-side panel, use the Members tab to add users.
4. On the Details tab, set the Approval limit and Superior group if this group needs escalation.
5. On the Permissions tab, configure what members are allowed to do.

Tip

You can return to any tab at any time — groups are easy to edit after creation.
