Enable two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a one-time code from an authenticator app to your login. You enable it yourself from your profile — no admin action is needed.

Where: User avatar (top-right) → your name → profile page

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of any Nordflow screen.
2. Click your name to open your profile.
3. Click Enable two-factor authentication.
4. Open your authenticator app (for example Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy) and scan the QR code shown on screen.
5. Enter the six-digit code from your app to confirm.

From your next login, Nordflow will ask for your authenticator code after your password.

Each user sets up 2FA individually

2FA is opt-in per user. There is currently no setting that forces all users in an organisation to enable it — each person must follow these steps on their own account.
