Submit a company-paid receipt from the mobile app

Where: Nordflow mobile app

  1. Tap the upload action.

  2. Optionally add a short text note (for example, “office supplies” or “client dinner”).

  3. Select Company paid.

  4. Optionally pre-fill Account, Project, or Cost type.

  5. Tap Add document and choose how to attach the receipt:

  6. Tap Submit.

The document enters the same OCR and approval pipeline as any other document. The supplier is captured from the receipt itself. The credit side of the journal entry is posted to the configured company card account — no reimbursement is generated because the card payment already happened.
