Search in the Archive

Where: Archive tab

1. Open the Archive tab.
2. Type your term in the Search field.
3. To also match the text inside each PDF, turn on the OCR toggle next to the Search field.

Tip

Searching the Archive with OCR on is often easier than digging through old emails — the full invoice text is searchable, so you can find a document even if you have forgotten the supplier. For example, type a product name like “laptop” to find the invoice it was bought on.
