Sort the overview by a column

Where: Approval → the overview

1. Click the up/down arrow icon in the column header to sort ascending.
2. Click it again for descending, and a third time to clear the sort.

Note

The totals row at the bottom of the list always shows the count and combined value of the documents currently visible.
