Set the bookkeeper group

Where: Approval flow → Groups and settings → Default groups

1. In the left sidebar, click Approval flow.
2. Click Groups and settings.
3. Select the Default groups tab.
4. Next to Bookkeeper group, select the group that should act as the bookkeeper.
5. Click Save.

Note

Exactly one group is designated as the bookkeeper. The group you select here must have the Send for approval permission and the bookkeeper flag enabled in its group settings. This group receives documents first and is responsible for coding and forwarding them into the approval flow.
