Triage the Quarantine tab
Use the Quarantine tab to review held documents and decide what to do with each one. Most teams do this once a day or once a week depending on volume.
Where: Quarantine tab (visible to admins, bookkeepers, and consultants only)
- Open the Quarantine tab. The badge next to the tab name shows how many documents are waiting.

Scan the list. Use column filters or the search bar to group similar items (for example, filter by document type to batch-handle all account statements at once).

For each document, open it and choose one of the three actions at the bottom:
Action When to use it Reject Spam, correspondence, or anything you’ve decided not to process. Logged in the document’s history as rejected. Archive Benign documents you want to keep on record but not process — for example an account statement already reconciled outside Nordflow. Send to approval A legitimate invoice or credit note that Nordflow incorrectly flagged, or a non-standard document you want to process anyway.
- For obvious spam and duplicates you want to discard in bulk: tick multiple rows, then click Reject.
- For flagged duplicates: open each one and compare it to the existing copy in the system before deciding — if they are genuinely different invoices, use Send to approval.
