Enable or disable the approval flow

Where: Approval flow → Groups and settings → Approval settings tab → Enable Approval flow

1. Go to Approval flow → Groups and settings in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Approval settings tab.
3. Toggle Enable Approval flow on or off.
4. Confirm the save prompt by clicking OK.

Note

When the toggle is off, documents skip the approval flow entirely and go directly from intake to the ERP. Only use this for clients who use Nordflow purely as an invoice-receiving service with no approval step needed.
