Cancel a scheduled payment

Where: Nordpay → Overview.

1. Find the payment with status Scheduled.
2. Select the payment row.
3. Click Cancel.
4. The payment is cancelled and the invoice returns to Awaiting approval.

Caution

You can only cancel payments with status Scheduled. Once a payment reaches Payment submitted or Paid, cancellation is not possible in Nordpay. At that point you would need to handle it as a refund or corrective transaction outside Nordflow.
