Disable or delete an auto-approval rule

Where: Approval flow → Auto approval

1. In the left sidebar, click Approval flow, then click Auto approval.

2. Find the rule in the list.

3. Choose what to do:

   Action	How	Result
   Disable	Use the toggle next to the rule	Rule is inactive but preserved; you can re-enable it later
   Delete	Use the delete option for the rule	Rule is permanently removed

If a rule is producing unexpected results, disable it first before deleting — disabling lets you investigate and adjust the conditions without losing the rule configuration.
