Fill in a customer profile

Set up the basic company information and assign a contact person for every new client before configuring any other settings.

Where: Open the client, then in the left sidebar expand Customer profile and click Customer profile.

  1. Under Company details, enter the client’s name, VAT number, address, and phone number.
  2. Under Contact person, enter the name and contact details of the person at the client who should be reached for Nordflow account questions and billing issues.
  3. Click Save.
