Fill in a customer profile
Set up the basic company information and assign a contact person for every new client before configuring any other settings.
Where: Open the client, then in the left sidebar expand Customer profile and click Customer profile.
- Under Company details, enter the client’s name, VAT number, address, and phone number.
- Under Contact person, enter the name and contact details of the person at the client who should be reached for Nordflow account questions and billing issues.
- Click Save.
