Enable auto-create keywords on a dimension

When auto-create keywords is on, Nordflow creates a keyword for each value in the dimension’s BC list. If that value appears anywhere in an incoming invoice’s text, Nordflow applies the matching dimension automatically.

Why this matters

A client with many project codes or cost centers would otherwise need each one set up as a keyword manually. With auto-create keywords, one toggle and a sync are all that is needed — every existing and future dimension value becomes a keyword automatically.

Where: Integration → Dynamic dimensions

1. Open an existing dimension or create a new one.
2. Toggle Auto-create keywords on.
3. Click Save.
4. Trigger Import ERP data to pull the current dimension values and generate the keywords immediately.

Example

A dimension named Project with values like ABC123 and DEF456 in BC. After enabling auto-create keywords and syncing, Nordflow creates keywords for each code. An invoice that contains the text ABC123 anywhere in its body is automatically assigned to project ABC123.
