Show or hide columns in the overview

Where: Approval → the overview

1. Click the gear icon at the far right of the column header row.
2. Tick the columns you want to see and untick the ones you don’t.

Note

Many more columns are available than the default set — for example Doc. Number, Waiting on, Debit account, Project, Sub project, Department, Sender, Text and Accrual. Show only the ones you actually use. The selection is saved on your user.
