Search inside the PDF text with OCR

Where: Approval → the overview

1. Turn on the OCR toggle next to the Search field.

2. Type your term in the Search field — for example a product name from a line item.
3. The search now also matches the text inside each PDF: line items, descriptions and other printed text on the invoice.

Tip

Search is substring-based, so partial words work — typing the first letters of a word is enough to match it.
