Where: Approval → any document → top-right icon row

1. Open any document in the overview.
2. Click the ? icon in the top-right row of icons (alongside email, notes, and history).

A small menu appears with two options:

• Knowledge base — opens the Nordflow knowledge base in a new tab.
• View keyboard shortcuts — shows the list of available keyboard shortcuts.
