Turn off specific payment validation warnings
By default all payment validation warnings are active. You can turn off individual warnings when they fire consistently for legitimate reasons on a specific customer.
Where: Customer profile → Accounting

In the left sidebar, navigate to Customer profile → Accounting.

Scroll to the Payment validation section.

Locate the warning toggles and disable the ones that apply:
Toggle What it suppresses When to disable Ignore payment validation when document is set to paid Bank account check on already-paid documents Customers using auto-payment where the bank account is irrelevant to execution Treat documents sent from mobile always as invoices AI classification of mobile uploads as receipts Customers whose mobile uploads are always invoices Ignore old document date warnings Warning when a document date is more than three months old Customers who routinely receive backdated invoices Ignore future due date warnings Warning when a due date is more than three months ahead Customers with long payment terms -
Click Save.
