Turn off specific payment validation warnings

By default all payment validation warnings are active. You can turn off individual warnings when they fire consistently for legitimate reasons on a specific customer.

Where: Customer profile → Accounting

  1. In the left sidebar, navigate to Customer profile → Accounting.

  2. Scroll to the Payment validation section.

  3. Locate the warning toggles and disable the ones that apply:

  4. Click Save.
