Bulk-invite users at go-live

Set up all users before go-live without triggering individual invitation emails, then invite everyone at once on the day.

Where: Users → Users

1. Create each user with their role and permissions set — do not send individual invitations during creation.
2. On go-live day, tick the checkboxes for all users in the list.
3. Click Send invitation email.

All selected users receive their invitation at the same time.

Example

A client with 20 approvers is being onboarded. Create all 20 users the week before go-live. On the launch morning, select all and click Send invitation email — everyone gets access simultaneously.
