Approve payments in Nordpay

Where: Nordpay → Overview.

1. Find the payment(s) with status Awaiting approval.
2. Tick the rows you want to pay.
3. Optionally edit each payment before approving — see Edit a payment before approving.
4. Click Verify or Approve.
5. Your bank’s authentication prompt opens — confirm with biometrics or PIN (MitID for Denmark, BankID for Norway and Sweden).
6. Nordpay schedules the payment for the selected date or submits it immediately.

The payment status updates as the bank processes the transaction.
