View your paused documents

Where: Approval → the overview

1. Click the Paused button on the toolbar. The number on the button shows how many documents are paused. The overview now shows only paused documents; the list works the same as the regular overview.

2. To return to the active list, click Paused again, or click Reset filter.

Note

Paused documents are shared — you and the accounting team see the same paused list, so it is clear at a team level what is being held and why.
