Create a new item from a document line

Where: Document details → line table

  1. Open the document that contains the line for the new item.

  2. On the relevant line, click the create-item action.

  3. Fill in the item details:

    FieldWhat to enter
    Item numberThe article ID the new item will have in your ERP.
    Item nameThe description shown on the item card in your ERP.
    Standard cost / unit priceThe typical cost or price for this item.
  4. Click Save.

The item is created in Nordflow and pushed to your ERP immediately. It is available on future PO lines without repeating this process.
