Create a new item from a document line

Where: Document details → line table

1. Open the document that contains the line for the new item.

2. On the relevant line, click the create-item action.

3. Fill in the item details:

   Field	What to enter
   Item number	The article ID the new item will have in your ERP.
   Item name	The description shown on the item card in your ERP.
   Standard cost / unit price	The typical cost or price for this item.

4. Click Save.

The item is created in Nordflow and pushed to your ERP immediately. It is available on future PO lines without repeating this process.
