Give a user Nordpay payment approver access

Where: User profile → Permissions

1. Open the user’s profile.
2. Find the Nordpay role field.
3. Select Payment approver from the role dropdown.
4. Click Save.

The user can now approve payments in Nordpay. When they approve, they will need to authenticate with their bank (MitID or BankID).

Caution

Only assign Payment approver to users with actual signing authority. Every payment approver added is another person who can move company funds. Keep this role limited to the designated signers.
