Open the Nordflow mobile app.

Take a photo of a paper receipt or attach an existing PDF from your phone.

Choose the document type if prompted — the available options depend on how expense management is configured for your client:
Option Description Personal outlay For employee expenses Company-paid Paid with a company card or account Normal handling Standard invoice processing
The document enters the same data-capture pipeline as invoices received through any other channel.
