Mention a colleague in a note

Where: Approval → open a document → chat-bubble icon (top-right of the document area)

  1. Click the chat-bubble icon to open the Notes panel.
  2. Click the text field at the bottom of the panel.
  3. Type @ — an autocomplete list of users appears.
  4. Select the colleague you want to tag. Their name becomes a blue link in the note.
  5. Finish typing your message.
  6. Click Publish note.
