Hide line details for a full-page PDF view

Where: Open a document → layout buttons in the PDF toolbar.

1. Click the layout button that collapses the line details into a single row. The PDF expands to fill nearly the full page.
2. Click the same button again to restore the line details.

This view is useful when the document coding has already been handled and your task is simply to verify the PDF and approve.

Your preference is remembered across sessions — you do not need to collapse the lines again next time you log in.
