Hide line details for a full-page PDF view

Where: Approval → the overview → open the document → small-view layout

This collapsing layout is only available in small-view mode. Small-view changes the layout completely: the document details become a single straight column down the side and the accounting lines move to the top — and those line details are what you can fold or collapse.

Note

Small-view is not available when order match is enabled, because order-match line matching takes up too much space to fit this layout.

On small screens Nordflow automatically enables small-view based on your screen proportions.

1. In small-view, click the collapse button above the accounting lines. The lines fold to a single row and the PDF expands to fill nearly the full page.
2. Click the same button again to restore the line details.

This view is useful when the document coding has already been handled and your task is simply to verify the PDF and approve.
