Read the approval flow strip

Where: Approval → open a document → bottom of the page

1. Scroll to the bottom of document details to find the flow strip.

2. Read the strip left to right:
   • Steps to the left of the highlighted step are already completed.
   • The highlighted step is the active one — the group currently waiting to act.
   • Steps to the right are still ahead.
3. To see who has acted at a step and who is still pending, hover over that step — a tooltip lists the group members and the action each person has taken.
4. If the strip shows Multiple Flow (+2) or similar, the document has parallel flows running for different lines. Your step is the one highlighted for you specifically.

Note

Steps ahead of the current one show who will be asked next. If several groups remain before the final step, the document will not reach payment until all of them have approved.
