Filter the overview by project

Where: Approval → the overview

  1. If the Project column is not visible, show it first using the gear icon at the far right of the header row.
  2. Click the magnifying-glass icon on the Project column header.
  3. Tick the projects you want to keep — for example the three projects you work with.

The overview now shows only documents on those projects.
